Pumpkin & Spice Latte

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 Serving

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons canned, pure pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee

Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, Whisk together the milk and pumpkin. Stir in vanilla, honey and pumpkin pie spice.
2. Microwave for one and a half to two minutes.
3. Whisk the brewed coffee into the milk mixture. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
